advilad.ge is a Georgian collateral-backed loan comparison and partner-handoff platform.

The platform helps users describe collateral, receive an indicative comparison, understand possible amount/term/fee ranges, and send a request to the selected partner or partners.

The platform is not a lender, lombard, pawnshop, appraiser, asset custodian, credit institution, separately licensed financial intermediary, or representative of a partner unless expressly stated in writing.

advilad.ge does not issue loans, make final lending decisions, verify identity, verify ownership, authenticate the item, or determine the final collateral value.

Final terms, document requests, identity and ownership checks, collateral valuation, and the lending decision are handled only by the selected partner.

Results shown on the platform are for comparison and information only and are not a final partner offer.

Calculations are based on information entered by the user, including collateral category, description, condition, photos/files, estimated value, desired loan amount, term, currency, and contact information.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of entered information. Incorrect or incomplete information may change estimated results. The user also confirms that they will not submit a stolen item, another person’s item, or an item they have no right to pledge.

At MVP stage, the platform may allow item photos/files for request assessment; final documents and item inspection are requested directly by the selected partner.

Rates and terms may be provided by a partner, updated administratively, or received from another permitted source. Where possible, data should show a last-updated timestamp.

Indicative advance amount, LTV/advance range, term, interest, fees, and redemption/renewal conditions are calculations or informational indicators and may differ from the partner’s final valuation.

If requested currency and loan currency differ, the platform may apply a conservative exchange-rate buffer. This buffer is used only for estimation and is not a partner internal decision.

Automated processing notice: The platform may use automated calculations, comparison logic, indicative advance ranges, collateral-value bands, and Collateral Criteria Match indicators for informational comparison purposes only. These tools do not constitute automated approval or a final lending decision.

Contact details and request data are shared with a partner or partners only after the user completes the contact form and gives consent to share data.

The consent text, version, time, selected partner(s), and key request data may be stored for audit and service-quality purposes.

After data is sent, the selected partner may contact the user directly.

The platform may provide the user with a collateral-loan comparison summary in PDF or another format.

This summary is a preparation and information document. It is not final desired terms, a partner commitment, or financial advice.

Electronic communication acknowledgement: Service-related notices, summaries, confirmations, and comparison results may be delivered electronically, including through the website, application, email, SMS, or PDF.

Users must not use the platform to enter false data, scrape data automatically, bypass security systems, use third-party data without authority, or pursue any unlawful purpose.

The platform may restrict or block access where there is a security, fraud, data-protection, or service-abuse risk.

The platform aims to provide accurate and transparent information, but does not promise that every rate, term, estimate, or calculation always fully reflects the partner’s final internal rules.

To the extent permitted by law, platform liability is limited to direct and actually proven damage. The platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-opportunity damages.

The platform may update these terms. The updated version will be published on the website or app with the relevant date.

Continuing to use the platform after an update means acceptance of the updated terms unless applicable law requires a different form.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
