Your identity stays hidden until you accept an offer: partners see only the item profile and photos — never your name, phone number, or address. You see offer terms and safe-storage information before you decide.
The platform is free for customers. Every estimate is indicative — the final amount is confirmed at the partner's branch after the item is checked.
