I agree that advilad.ge may share my contact details and collateral-loan request data with the partner I selected, so that the institution can contact me and review my request.

I understand that advilad.ge does not make the final lending decision, verify my identity, verify ownership, authenticate the item, or determine the item’s final value. Final terms and the decision are determined only by the selected partner.

I understand that calculations, rates, indicative advance range, and Collateral Criteria Match shown on the platform are comparative/informational estimates and not a final partner commitment.

Automated comparison notice: I understand that the platform may use automated comparison, matching, and estimation logic for informational collateral-loan comparison purposes only.

I agree that the consent time, text version, selected partner(s), request ID, and main categories of shared data may be stored for audit and service-quality purposes.

Full name, phone, email, preferred language, and preferred contact channel.

Collateral category, item description, condition, brand/model/serial number if entered by the user, weight/purity/certificate if relevant, estimated value, desired loan amount, desired term, and preferred currency.

Photos, video, certificates, valuation documents, ownership/authority information, calculation results, Collateral Criteria Match, source/UTM, and request ID, if entered or uploaded by the user.

A request to withdraw consent may be sent to info@inavi.ge. Withdrawal does not affect data already shared with the selected partner based on consent before withdrawal.

I agree that confirmations, summaries, consent records, and service-related notices may be delivered and stored electronically.
